This 24-year-old girl has spent over $5,000 on lip fillers trying to break the world record for “biggest lips”
Lip fillers have recently become one of the most popular cosmetic procedures. While the majority of females who have this surgery done only have it done once or twice, some ladies take it to the next level.
Andrea Ivanova, who had her first round of lip fillers in 2018, is an example of this. She was only 21 years old at the time, and her only goal was to improve her lips to her liking. Today, the young lady has already spent more than $5,000 on lip procedures and refers to herself as the Balkan Barbie.
While most people would find it inconceivable that someone would spend their whole adult life worrying over a single body part, Andrea Ivanova has done just that. Because to her lip treatments, the young lady has become an overnight sensation, with over 18,000 followers on her personal Instagram page. Ivanova has experimented with singing in addition to being an internet sensation. She is from Burgas, Bulgaria, and her claim to fame is due in large part to the size of her lips, no pun intended.
Ivanova has had 27 procedures in the last four years to make her lips appear more prominent from the first procedure in 2018. She’s made it a personal goal to resemble a human Bratz doll. Naturally, many people don’t understand her dream, and she’s received a lot of hate for her lifestyle on social media. Some people, on the other hand, accept her goals and applaud her dedication to her appearance.
Ivana spoke about her motivation for pursuing such a specialized goal in an interview with Metro UK a few years ago. She also revealed how pleased she is with her treatments and how much more confident she is today as a result of her larger lips.
“I like my lips now, more than before and I feel very good and very happy with them because according to me, with bigger lips I look prettier. There are people who like me with bigger lips and there are people who like me with smaller lips but it doesn’t matter to me, because it’s important for me how I like it.”
Ivanova may be pleased with her lips, but a few individuals are concerned about the physical toll that all of the treatments may be having on her body. Ivanova, on the other hand, seems unaffected because she is always trying to make them bigger.
“I can’t give any indication of how big is too big, or can lips be too big, because for each person, big, bigger and too big are different concept.”
