As she holds her son, Eve says she’s “never been this happy”
Eve is adapting into her new role as a mother.
The rapper uploaded a photo of herself cuddling with her 11-week-old son Wilde Cooper on her Instagram Story on Wednesday.
“Never been this tired. Never been this happy,” Eve captioned the Instagram story holding her baby Wilde Wolf in her arms.
Eve and her husband, Maximillion Cooper, announced that they were expecting their first child together in October.
“Can you believe it @mrgumball3000 we finally get to tell everyone!!!!!,” the Queens actress captioned an Instagram picture of her expanding baby bump, “You all know how long we’ve been waiting for this blessing!!! We get to meet our lil human February 2022.”
A few months later, on February 1st, the couple welcomed their newborn boy.
“Our Beautiful boy was born Feb 1st 2022. Wilde Wolf Fife Alexander Somers Cooper. Words can’t describe this feeling,” Eve wrote on Instagram.
Eve is the stepmother to her 49-year-old British husband’s four adolescent children in addition to her son Wilde Cooper. Lotus, 19, Jagger, 17, Cash, 16, and Mini, 13, are their children from a previous marriage.
“It’s been now 10-and-a-half years I’ve been in their lives and they’ve been in my life,” Eve told People in 2020. “They’ve grounded me. In the beginning, when I first met my husband — then-boyfriend — I was like, ‘This is never gonna last because you got four kids! How’s this gonna work?’ But then I met the kids and honestly was like, ‘Wow, kids are amazing.’”
Eve just had the opportunity to celebrate her first Mother’s Day in the United Kingdom (March 27). “Mother. Nature,” the “Satisfaction” rapper captioned a photo of herself and Wilde Wolf. My first Mother’s Day in the United Kingdom.”
Eve will be able to celebrate her new title on a different day. In the United States, Mother’s Day is celebrated on May 8th.
