Why you can’t please everyone

Three reasons you can’t please everyone

5 reasons you can

“Sometimes, no matter how nice you are, how kind you are, how caring you are, how Loving you are, it just isn’t enough for some people.”

You cannot live to please everyone else. You have to educate, enlighten and fulfill your one dreams and destiny. And hope that whatever your art is, you show the world if it’s well-received, great. I respect you for receiving it. However, if it isn’t accepted, great, I appreciate you for not. This is a famous quote by Octavia Spencer. While it’s safe to say the origin of humanity stemmed from a single source, the truth remains – we are all different. We live separate lives, have different values, beliefs, emotions, and thoughts. As kids, we were raised differently. We also think differently on several levels.

We are all unique in our little ways. And since we are impressive, with unique points of view and ways of doing things, we often tend to consider our way as the right way of doing things. Because of that, it’s pretty easy to understand why we are often critical of others.

The three reasons why you can’t please everyone

  • No matter how hard you try or what you do, people will always have something to say.

People’s opinions aren’t things you wish away. Often, it’s a negative opinion. They stare through your souls with scorn and distaste. You can’t please this set of people no matter what you do. You can’t avoid them from gossiping and talking about you behind your back or right in your face. Nothing will change the minds and thoughts of others that are steeped in negativity.

  • Right and wrong can be subjective.

This has nothing to do with moral issues. We are also not talking about murder or anything else that’s illegal in the eyes of the law. All o that aside, right and wrong can be almost subjective. What’s right in one person’s mind could be wrong in another person’s mind.

Interestingly, most things in this world are considered subjective – which means they’re open to interpretation. As a result, there isn’t a particular way of doing everything in life that’s meant to be the right way, which is why people will always differ in their opinions of how to approach things. So, if you are not doing it their way, how can you expect to please everyone, for that matter?

  • We are the unique product of our experience.

No two people are alike. Since we are all the unique product of our own experiences, and we all share different beliefs and values, we behave differently. Physically speaking, twins might be identical, but their personalities are designed differently. They are unique in their ways. In short, if identical twins can be different, how do you expect others who are from different upbringings and cultures to be similar.

Even someone you think you know well might have a hidden belief or values that only come to life when you do something against their particular thoughts.
