The groom arrives late to the event because he was partying, so the bride decides to marry another man
Imagine being the groom at your own wedding and deciding to party so hard before your own wedding ceremony that the bride decides to marry someone else due to your disrespect. According to India Today, this is exactly what happened to a couple from Rajasthan’s Churu area in India on May 15th, 2022.
For whatever reason, the groom chose to ignore the time-sensitive ceremony of his own wedding and party till he dropped. The bride and her family were waiting for him at her house while he was out partying. The party began at 9:00 p.m. at the bride’s residence, and the groom was nowhere to be found. They kept waiting for him, but he never arrived. The entire ceremony was basically waiting for the groom to arrive so they could proceed with the celebration – but he arrived late and very inebriated.
And when he arrived, he was inebriated and seemed unconcerned about being late. That’s when the bride and her family finally lost it. When he learned that the bride had chosen to marry someone else, his celebratory mood quickly faded. Her family agreed with her because the groom had already shown a lot of hazardous symptoms.
The groom and his family filed a police report against the bride’s family, but the situation was swiftly resolved because the evidence was clear and the bride and her family had no intention of allowing this man to marry them after the act he played at his own wedding.
