The model spent $17.5k on the “biggest breast implants” and due to persistent migraines and back problems she wants them removed

Neyleen Ashley, a mother of two, had three breast augmentations since she was 18 to have legally “the biggest breasts in the US,” but she is reconsidering her decision. She’s 33 years old and has a 1,250cc implant, and the extra weight she’s carrying causes her back pain and migraines. Prior to this, having large racks had been her “dream” since she was a teenager.

She stated to her 2.5 million followers that the discomfort was enough to make her want to remove them.

Neyleen’s current size is roughly G or H, but she used to stuff paper or wear two push-up bras merely to enhance her appearance as a teenager. In addition to her influencer status, she now makes a living as a model.

She’s torn between having her dream body and suffering for it in a viral TikTok that was intended to take a comedic approach to her issue.

“I’ve always suffered from horrific migraines, but they got worse three years ago,” she opened up. “Almost every day, my upper shoulders and tendons have a lot of tension, and it feels like my shoulders and neck are stretched. My boobs also stop me from running and exercising.”

“I plan on getting my implants completely removed and doing a fat draft, or just getting a smaller implant instead.”

She has been warned by experts: “Several doctors have advised me that it will be major surgery, where I will have a lot of scarring and tissue removed.”

While there is no official rule prohibiting patients from obtaining larger implants, most surgeons would set their own restrictions, with each enlargement not exceeding 500 cc.

The TikTok video was made in jest, but since it has received 3.4 million views, people have been split in their thoughts, with some expressing full disdain for implants while others defending her decision.
