Woman who was body shamed for her ‘distracting’ breasts receives a lot of online support

Adrienne Airhart recently celebrated her birthday with friends in Los Angeles, and what was supposed to be a wonderful evening turned out to be the unexpected. The podcaster resorted to Twitter to allege that a woman next to her told her that her chest was distracting and that she was relocated tables in the restaurant.

The restaurant client clearly body-shamed Airhart, and she has received an outpouring of sympathy, including over 34K likes on her post.

“Tonight at my birthday dinner, I took off my shawl, and the lady at the next table said: ‘Well, those are distracting and moved table. Still got it!’” The woman was prejudiced against huge naturals, the podcaster explained and clarified. She shared a video of herself blowing out her birthday candle in an update, and the woman’s date was seen congratulating Airhart on her birthday.

“This was me last night,” she added. “I’m not even that attractive; the lady was simply a hater (though her date did speak to me while she was in the restroom). He can be heard).”

A recent survey discovered that 94 percent of girls as young as 13 have been subjected to body shaming. And Airhart’s story comes after American Airlines workers allegedly warned ex-Miss Universe Olivia Culpo to cover up or risk missing her journey to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in January. She was dressed in a long black cardigan, shorts, and a crop top.

However, many people have expressed their support for Airhart and their own experiences with body shame.
