M&S has been praised for including ‘normal’ women with stomach rolls and stretch marks

Megan Carole, a body-positive influencer, advises, “LOVE YOURSELF FIRST.” Carole recently scored a significant assignment, starring in Marks & Spencer’s Valentine’s underwear campaign, by preaching what she preaches. As a result, despite having tummy rolls and stretch marks, the High Street Retailer is now praised for using the influencer.

Carole’s image was allegedly not unrealistically altered, which pleased many of her followers.

“To me, from me,” reads the caption on the post. “This Valentine’s Day, self-love is the best kind of love.” People in the comments couldn’t keep their cool and voiced their opinions without holding back. “It’s lovely to see a physique that hasn’t been airbrushed,” one user wrote. “I really like this shot,” someone else said. “She’s stunning. On Instagram, she has about 100,000 followers, and on TikTok, she has over 120,000. She also posted the identical photo to her Instagram account.
